Lhasa: sweet tea, Tibetan noodles, momo, thukpa, butter tea. Nyingchi: hot soup, valley meals, Lulang stone-pot chicken on the Lulang route.
Stay
Lhasa uses old-city or Potala-side areas. Nyingchi uses Bayi as the main base. Lulang forest lodging appears only on the forest branch.
Pace
Day 1–2 remain close and low-intensity. Nyingchi scenic days keep walking short and return time clear.
