Day 1–2

Arrive in Chengdu → city buffer and light nature day

Recommended area: Chunxi Road / Taikoo Li / Chengdu East / airport area

Food / transfer style: Sichuan dishes and city transport · metro/taxi

Day 3–6

Chengdu → Jiuzhaigou → Huanglong → Songpan / Chuanzhusi

Recommended area: Jiuzhaigou entrance, then Songpan or Chuanzhusi

Day 7

Return to Chengdu for recovery and transfer reset

Recommended area: Chengdu

Chengdu → Mount Siguniang Town → Shuangqiao / Changping / flexible highland day → back to Chengdu

Recommended area: Mount Siguniang Town / Rilong, then Chengdu

Day 13–14

Chengdu buffer / optional Dujiangyan or Qingcheng Mountain → depart from Chengdu

Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong and Mount Siguniang are highland areas. Walk slowly, keep warm and avoid overexertion.

Mountain-road transfer days are long. Keep those days lighter and avoid adding too many extra stops.
